本试剂盒采用免疫比浊法测定补体C3含量。样品中的补体C3抗原与特异性补体C3抗体在溶液中发生结合，形成不溶性免疫复合物，导致反应体系浊度上升。在340 nm波长处监测浊度的变化速率，其吸光度的增幅与样本中补体C3含量成正比，结合标准曲线即可精准定量样品中的补体C3浓度。
This kit employs an immunoturbidimetric method for the determination of complement C3 content. The complement C3 antigen in the sample binds to the specific anti-complement C3 antibody in solution, forming insoluble immune complexes, which result in an increase in turbidity of the reaction system. The rate of turbidity change is monitored at 340 nm. The increase in absorbance is proportional to the complement C3 content in the sample, and the concentration can be precisely quantified by referencing a standard curve.
