本试剂盒提供一种简便、快速的检测方法，通过特异性提取液分别提取样品中的NADP⁺和NADPH。NADPH在递氢体（电子载体）作用下与高灵敏度显色剂反应生成黄色水溶性甲臜（formazan），于450 nm处检测即可获得NADPH含量。同时，利用6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶（G6PDH）特异性将NADP⁺还原为NADPH，再按上述反应体系进行检测，即可计算NADP⁺含量。
This kit provides a simple and rapid method for NADP⁺ and NADPH determination. NADP⁺ and NADPH are separately extracted from samples using specific extraction buffers. NADPH reacts with a high-sensitivity chromogenic reagent in the presence of an electron carrier to generate a yellow water-soluble formazan product, which is measured at 450 nm for NADPH quantification. Meanwhile, NADP⁺ is specifically reduced to NADPH by glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), and then quantified through the same reaction system, thereby enabling the calculation of NADP⁺ content.
