糜蛋白酶（EC 3.4.21.1），又称胰凝乳蛋白酶，是胰腺分泌的一种蛋白水解酶，具有肽链内切酶活性，专一水解芳香族氨基酸（酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸等）残基的羧端肽键。临床上，糜蛋白酶常用于痰液稀化，对脓性及非脓性痰液均有效，也用于创伤或术后伤口愈合的辅助处理。本试剂盒采用糜蛋白酶催化底物N-琥珀酰-丙氨酰-丙氨酰-脯氨酰-苯丙氨酸对硝基酰苯胺（SAAPFpNA）水解，释放对硝基苯胺，该产物在405 nm处有最大吸收峰，通过测定吸光度的升高速率，即可计算糜蛋白酶活性。
Chymotrypsin (EC 3.4.21.1), also known as α-chymotrypsin, is a proteolytic enzyme secreted by the pancreas. It exhibits endopeptidase activity, specifically hydrolyzing peptide bonds at the carboxyl terminus of aromatic amino acid residues (e.g., tyrosine and phenylalanine). Clinically, chymotrypsin is commonly used for sputum liquefaction, being effective against both purulent and non-purulent sputum, and is also employed as an adjunctive treatment for wound healing following trauma or surgery. This kit utilizes chymotrypsin to catalyze the hydrolysis of the substrate N-succinyl-alanyl-alanyl-prolyl-phenylalanine p-nitroanilide (SAAPFpNA), releasing p-nitroaniline. This product exhibits a maximum absorption peak at 405 nm. The chymotrypsin activity can be calculated by measuring the rate of increase in absorbance.
