细胞质异柠檬酸脱氢酶（NADP-IDH，EC 1.1.1.42）是细胞质中NADPH的重要来源之一，在逆境中活性变化显著。本试剂盒采用NADPH偶联显色法快速测定NADP-IDH活力：NADP-IDH催化NADP⁺还原为NADPH，NADPH与显色剂反应生成450 nm处有最大吸收峰的有色产物，通过检测其生成速率即可计算酶活性。
Cytoplasmic isocitrate dehydrogenase (NADP‑IDH, EC 1.1.1.42) is one of the important sources of NADPH in the cytoplasm, and its activity changes significantly under stress conditions. This kit employs a NADPH‑coupled colorimetric method for rapid determination of NADP‑IDH activity. The principle is as follows: NADP‑IDH catalyzes the reduction of NADP⁺ to NADPH, which then reacts with a chromogenic reagent to produce a colored product with a maximum absorption peak at 450 nm. The enzyme activity can be calculated by measuring the rate of formation of this product.
