氯化钙 (Calcium chloride) 分子量为 110.98，分子式为 CaCl₂，CAS 号为10043-52-4，是典型的离子型卤化物，是多种科研试剂的基础成分，亦可用作干燥剂等。氯化钙细菌感受态制备液由进口超纯氯化钙、去离子水等组成，经高压灭菌处理，主要用于氯化钙转化法质粒 DNA 导入细菌细胞。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
操作步骤 (仅供参考):
1、接种一个单菌落于 50ml LB 培养基中，37℃ 中速 (200 ~ 250r/min) 摇床过夜，再取少量上述培养液加入 LB 培养基继续培养至 OD₅₉₀为 0.375。
2、分装于 50mL 的聚丙烯离心管中，置于冰上放置 5 ~ 10min。
3、4℃ 1000 ~ 1500g 离心 7 ~ 10min，细胞沉淀用 10ml 预冷的氯化钙细菌感受态制备液重悬，冰上放置 30 ~ 45min。
注意事项:
1、注意无菌操作，避免微生物污染。

3、试剂开封后请尽快使用，以防影响后续实验效果。
Calcium chloride has a molecular weight of 110.98 and a molecular formula of CaCl₂, with CAS No.10043-52-4. It is a typical ionic halide, serving as a basic component of various research reagents and can also be used as a desiccant. Calcium Chloride Bacterial Competent Cell Preparation Solution consists of imported ultra-pure calcium chloride, deionized water and other components, and is sterilized by autoclaving. It is mainly used for introducing plasmid DNA into bacterial cells via the calcium chloride transformation method. This reagent is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or other applications.
Procedure (For reference only):
1. Inoculate a single colony into 50 mL LB medium, incubate overnight at 37 °C with moderate shaking (200 ~ 250 r/min). Transfer a small amount of the above culture into fresh LB medium and continue culturing until the OD₅₉₀ reaches 0.375.
2. Aliquot into 50 mL polypropylene centrifuge tubes and place on ice for 5 ~ 10 min.
3. Centrifuge at 4 °C, 1000 ~ 1500 g for 7 ~ 10 min. Resuspend the cell pellet in 10 mL pre-chilled Calcium Chloride Competent Cell Preparation Solution, then incubate on ice for 30 ~ 45 min.
Precautions:
1. Perform aseptic operation to avoid microbial contamination.
2. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
3. Use the reagent as soon as possible after opening to prevent adverse effects on subsequent experiments.
