概述
胡萝卜浸出液葡萄糖琼脂（Carrot Infusion Glucose Agar）为天然加富型固体培养基，以胡萝卜浸出液为基础基质，搭配蛋白胨提供有机氮源，葡萄糖作为碳源，磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾构成缓冲体系，七水合硫酸镁补充镁离子，琼脂为凝固剂；营养均衡适宜，适用于真菌、放线菌的培养、菌种保藏及孢子萌发试验。

使用说明：
称取本品58.96g于1000mL蒸馏水或去离子水中，121℃灭菌10分钟，迅速冷却至室温。
注意事项：
1、操作时避免与皮肤、眼睛直接接触，如不慎接触，请立即用大量清水冲洗。
2、本品仅用于实验室科研实验，不可用于临床诊断。
Carrot Infusion Glucose Agar is a naturally enriched solid medium. It uses carrot infusion as basal substrate, peptone as organic nitrogen source and glucose as carbon source. Potassium phosphate salts provide buffering capacity and magnesium sulfate supplies magnesium ions, with agar as solidifying agent. The balanced nutrition is suitable for cultivation, strain preservation and spore germination assays of fungi and actinomycetes.

Instructions for use:
Weigh 58.96 g of this product into 1000 mL of distilled or deionized water, sterilize at 121 °C for 10 minutes, then cool rapidly to room temperature.
Precautions:
1. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes during operation. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
2. This product is only for laboratory research and experiments, and shall not be used for clinical diagnosis.
