适用范围
用于一般环境中佩戴，阻隔口腔和鼻腔呼出或喷出污染物，对细菌和细颗粒物有一定的过滤作用。
佩戴方法
平展口罩。戴口罩的第一步就是将口罩平展，比较浅颜色的一面为内侧，深颜色的一面为外侧。
捏紧鼻夹。戴口罩时应当捏紧鼻夹，让口罩与脸部紧密的贴在一起，这样才能够更好的隔绝外界的污染物质。
调整口罩。朝下撑开褶皱，直到完全覆盖下巴。
注意事项
1、不要重复使用一次性口罩。一般4小时就需更换一次，对无纺布过敏者慎用。
2、口罩的外层往往积聚着很多外界空气中的灰尘、细菌等污物，而里层阻挡着呼出的细菌、唾液，因此，两面不能交替使用，否则会将外层沾染的污物在直接紧贴面部时吸入人体，而成为传染源。
3、口罩在不戴时，应叠好放入清洁的信封内，并将紧贴口鼻的一面向里折好，切忌随便塞进口袋里或是在脖子上挂着。
4、若口罩被呼出的热气或唾液弄湿，其阻隔病菌的作用就会大大降低。所以，平时最好多备几只口罩，以便替换使用。
5、如果是在医院等高危场所，无论使用时间长短，口罩一旦拿下来就不要再使用，以免手碰触口罩发生污染。
6、在戴或摘口罩时，手上可能会接触到附着于口罩表面的病菌，为减少因接触传染的机会，应特别注意手部的清洁消毒。

Scope of application
It is suitable for wearing in general environment. It can block the exhaled or ejected pollutants from mouth and nose. It has certain filtering effect on bacteria and fine particles.
How to wear it
Flat mask. The first step in wearing a mask is to flatten it, with the lighter side on the inside and the darker side on the outside.
Squeeze the nose clip. When wearing a mask, you should hold the nose clip tightly, so that the mask and the face are close together, so as to better isolate external pollutants.
Adjust the mask. Stretch the fold down until it completely covers the chin.
Matters needing attention
1. Do not reuse disposable masks. Generally, it needs to be replaced every 4 hours. People allergic to non-woven fabrics should use it with caution.
2. The outer layer of the mask often accumulates a lot of dust, bacteria and other dirt in the outside air, while the inner layer blocks the exhaled bacteria and saliva. Therefore, the two sides can not be used alternately, otherwise the dirt on the outer layer will be inhaled into the human body when it is directly close to the face, and become the source of infection.
3. When the mask is not worn, it should be folded and put into a clean envelope, and the side close to the nose and mouth should be folded inward. Do not put it into the pocket or hang it around the neck.
4. If the mask is moistened by exhaled heat or saliva, its function of blocking bacteria will be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is better to prepare more masks for replacement.
5. If it is in the hospital and other high-risk places, no matter how long it is used, do not use the mask once it is taken down, so as to avoid hand touching the mask and causing pollution.
6. When wearing or taking off the mask, the hands may come into contact with the bacteria attached to the surface of the mask. In order to reduce the chance of infection due to contact, special attention should be paid to the cleaning and disinfection of the hands.
