概述
RAW 264.7 is an adherent cell line isolated from a mouse tumor that was induced by Abelson murine leukemia virus. This cell line, with macrophage differentiation, can be used in oxidative stress, inflammatory, and antibacterial activity studies. RAW 264.7 is tumorigenic and is widely used in cancer and drug development research.
The RAW 264.7 Whole Cell Lysate in was prepared using a standard whole cell lysate protocol. The concentration was determined using the BCA assay process.
