概述
ATDC5 mouse embryonic teratoma cells are a cell line isolated by Atsumi et al. in 1990 from the differentiated culture of AT805 teratocarcinoma cells. During the growth phase, they exhibit many fibroblast-like phenotypes. The addition of 10 pg/ml insulin to the culture medium can induce ATDC5 cells to differentiate into chondrocytes. After reaching 100% confluence, the cells continue to grow and form cartilage nodule-like cell aggregates.
The ATDC5 Whole Cell Lysate in was prepared using a standard whole cell lysate protocol. The concentration was determined using the BCA assay process.

Our lysates are made using RIPA buffer to which we add a protease inhibitor cocktail (EDTA-Free Protease Inhibitor Cocktail) and phosphatase inhibitor (Na3VO4).

Recommended reconstitute at 1-2 mg/mL in ddH2O. Use at an assay dependent concentration. Ready to load on SDS-PAGE for Western blotting, 20 µg per lane is recommended for mini gel.Lyophilized contents may appear as either a translucent film or a white power.
