概述
淀粉在受到加热、酸或淀粉酶作用下发生分解和水解时，将大分子的淀粉首先转化成为小分子的中间物质即糊精。糊精的主要用途是作为胶粘剂，目的是降低淀粉的黏度，提高浆液的浸透性。糊精水溶液 (1%)主要由糊精、去离子水组成，含少量防腐剂，主要用于油红O染色液中防止色素沉淀。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。

When starch decomposes and hydrolyzes under the action of heating, acid, or amylase, the macromolecular starch is first converted into a small-molecular intermediate substance, namely dextrin. The main use of dextrin is as an adhesive, which aims to reduce the viscosity of starch and improve the permeability of the slurry. The 1% Dextrin Aqueous Solution is mainly composed of dextrin and deionized water, with a small amount of preservatives. It is mainly used in Oil Red O Staining Solution to prevent pigment precipitation. This reagent is for research use only and not intended for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.
