本试剂盒提供一种快速、灵敏的D-乳酸检测方法：D-乳酸在D-乳酸脱氢酶（D-LDH）催化下生成丙酮酸，同时将NAD⁺还原为NADH；为驱动反应正向进行，体系中另添加辅助酶以进一步分解丙酮酸，使反应持续向右进行。生成的NADH与特异性显色剂反应，产生在450 nm处具有最大吸收峰的粉红色有色物质，通过测定该波长下吸光值的增加量，即可计算样品中D-乳酸的含量。
This kit provides a rapid and sensitive method for the determination of D-lactate. D-Lactate is catalyzed by D-lactate dehydrogenase (D-LDH) to generate pyruvate, while simultaneously reducing NAD⁺ to NADH. To drive the reaction forward, a coupling enzyme is included in the system to further convert pyruvate, thereby pushing the reaction continuously toward the product side. The generated NADH reacts with a specific chromogenic reagent, yielding a pink-colored product with a maximum absorbance peak at 450 nm. By measuring the increase in absorbance at this wavelength, the D-lactate content in the sample can be calculated.
