概述

本产品为即用型 DTT-PBS 储备工作溶液，以无菌 PBS 磷酸盐缓冲液为溶剂配制，DTT 终浓度 10 mmol/L。DTT（二硫苏糖醇）为强巯基还原剂，可断裂蛋白质分子内及分子间二硫键，维持蛋白巯基处于还原状态；PBS 缓冲体系维持体系 pH 与渗透压稳定。

This product is a ready-to-use DTT-PBS stock working solution, prepared with sterile PBS phosphate buffer as the solvent, with a final DTT concentration of 10 mmol/L. DTT (dithiothreitol) is a potent sulfhydryl-reducing agent that cleaves both intra- and inter-molecular disulfide bonds in proteins and maintains protein thiol groups in a reduced state. The PBS buffer system maintains stable pH and osmotic pressure within the solution.
