概述
平衡盐溶液（BSS）pH、渗透压模拟细胞生理环境，可维持渗透压与酸碱平衡，供给细胞代谢所需无机盐与能量物质，保障体外细胞存活与基础代谢。体系以无机离子为基础，可按需添加碳酸氢钠、葡萄糖、酚红、HEPES 等；HBSS、EBSS、PBS、Earle’s 液、Hank’s 液均属于常用 BSS，衍生规格多样（含钙镁 / 无钙镁、含酚红 / 无酚红）。
阿拉丁 D-Hanks 平衡盐粉剂 (1×, 无 Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺、酚红) 不含 Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺、酚红，9.96 g/L，溶解后 pH 7.2–7.4；蒸馏水或去离子水溶解，过滤除菌，不可高压灭菌。仅科研用途，不用于临床诊断。
自备材料：
1、（无菌）蒸馏水或去离子水、稀盐酸、稀氢氧化钠
2、磁力搅拌器、烧杯、pH 计、过滤器
操作步骤(仅供参考)：
1、取本品 1 L 规格粉剂 1 份（9.96 g），加入 1 L 蒸馏水或去离子水溶解，充分混匀后即可使用；如需无菌，采用过滤除菌，禁止高压灭菌。
注意事项：
1、在进行细胞培养过程中细胞的洗涤时，应注意无菌操作，避免被微生物污染。
2、本品不易析出沉淀；若出现少量沉淀，可置于温水浴中直至沉淀溶解后使用。如沉淀量较多，建议直接弃用。
3、本产品含营养成分，易变质，应注意密封保存。

Balanced Salt Solution (BSS) mimics cellular physiological pH and osmotic pressure to maintain osmotic and acid-base balance. It provides inorganic ions and energy substrates required for cell metabolism and supports cell survival and basal metabolism in vitro. The system is based on inorganic ions and can be supplemented with sodium bicarbonate, glucose, phenol red, HEPES, etc. HBSS, EBSS, PBS, Earle’s solution and Hank’s solution are common BSS with diverse variants (with/without Ca²⁺ & Mg²⁺, with/without phenol red).
Aladdin D-Hanks Balanced Salt Powder (1×, without Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺ and phenol red) is free of Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺ and phenol red, 9.96 g/L. pH 7.2–7.4 after dissolution. Dissolve in distilled or deionized water, sterilize by filtration. Do not autoclave. For research use only. Not for clinical diagnosis.

Operating Procedure (For Reference Only):
1、Dissolve one pack of the product (1 L size, 9.96 g) in 1 L distilled or deionized water and mix thoroughly before use. Sterilize by filtration if required. Do not autoclave.
Precautions:
1、When washing cells during cell culture, aseptic techniques should be followed to avoid microbial contamination.
2、Precipitation rarely occurs. If a small amount of precipitate appears, warm the solution in a water bath until it dissolves before use. Discard the product if excessive precipitate forms.
3、This product contains nutritional components and is prone to deterioration. Ensure that it is stored in a sealed container.
4、For your safety and health, please wear a laboratory coat and disposable gloves during operation.
