概述

Dog FaSSGF是公司研发的动物溶出度测定介质，“狗”版本。犬的消化系统与人类的消化系统非常不同，这直接反映在“狗”介质的改良成分中。此介质含有牛磺胆酸钠、牛磺脱氧胆酸钠，卵磷脂，卵磷脂、油酸钠等。

Step1. Dog FaSSGF pH6.5缓冲液的准备
*将原料1.61gNaOH，2.52g顺丁烯二酸，1.10 NaCl在约0.9L的纯化水中溶解；
Step2. 调节缓冲溶液pH
*用1N NaOH或1N HCL调节溶液pH至6.5，并在室温下，用纯净水补充缓冲液体积至1L。
Step3.加入Dog FaSSGF粉末配制Dog FaSSGF pH6.5溶液
*将0.16g Dog FaSSGF粉末加入约0.5L缓冲液中；
*搅拌直至粉末完全溶解；
*在室温下用缓冲液补足体积（1L）；
Step4. 静置待用
*静置，Dog FaSSGF溶液将有一个清晰的外观，即可使用。
2.配制需注意事项
*不要冷冻或冷藏Dog FaSSGF。建议在室温或37°C下使用。在这些温度下可使用长达24小时。
*为防止微生物的生长，需使用干净的玻璃器皿来配制Dog FaSSIF。
*使Dog FaSSGF避免阳光直射，在黑暗中。
*对于缓冲液的制备，我们建议使用去离子水并对其进行脱气。
*可以制作大容量的空白缓冲液，zui多可储存3个月。建议对这种缓冲液进行消毒并保持冷藏。

Step1. Preparation of Dog FaSSGF pH6.5 buffer
*Dissolve the raw materials 1.61g NaOH, 2.52g maleic acid, and 1.10 NaCl in about 0.9L of purified water;
Step2. Adjust the pH of the buffer solution
*Adjust the pH of the solution to 6.5 with 1N NaOH or 1N HCL, and at room temperature, use purified water to replenish the buffer volume to 1L.
Step3. Add Dog FaSSGF powder to prepare Dog FaSSGF pH6.5 solution
*Add 0.16g Dog FaSSGF powder to about 0.5L buffer;
*Stir until the powder is completely dissolved;
* Make up the volume (1L) with buffer at room temperature;
Step4. Let stand for use
*Stay, Dog FaSSGF solution will have a clear appearance, ready to use.
2. Precautions for preparation
*Do not freeze or refrigerate Dog FaSSGF. It is recommended to use at room temperature or 37°C. It can be used for up to 24 hours at these temperatures.
*To prevent the growth of microorganisms, clean glassware should be used to prepare Dog FaSSIF.
* Keep Dog FaSSGF away from direct sunlight and in the dark.
*For the preparation of buffers, we recommend using deionized water and degassing it.
*A large-capacity blank buffer can be made, and it can be stored for up to 3 months. It is recommended to sterilize this buffer and keep it refrigerated.
*Once opened, store the Dog FaSSGF powder in the bottle in the refrigerator (2-8°C) with the lid tightly closed.
