概述
DAC SE ( 7-(Diethylamino)coumarin-3-carboxylic acid N-succinimidyl ester ) 是DAC的基团修饰产物，是一种具有氨基反应活性的明亮的蓝色荧光探针，可用来标记蛋白或核酸。与AMCA偶联物相比，DAC荧光结合物在紫外激发下具有更长的激发光谱（~470 nm）。

Compared with the AMCA conjugate, the DAC fluorescent conjugate has a longer excitation spectrum (~470 nm) under UV excitation.
