概述

伊红Y-亚甲基蓝染色液由伊红Y、亚甲基蓝、乙醇等组分配制而成，属于复合型生物染色液。本品染色体系稳定、溶解性好、保存周期长、适用范围广泛，是经典的生物组织与细胞常规染色试剂。亚甲基蓝为碱性染料，可使细胞核、核糖体及嗜碱性结构呈现蓝紫色；伊红Y为酸性染料，可使细胞质、细胞间质及嗜酸性结构呈现粉红色或红色。通过双色对比染色，可清晰区分细胞形态与组织结构，广泛用于血液涂片染色、细胞涂片观察、组织切片常规染色、微生物形态观察及教学科研实验。本品配方稳定，染色层次清晰、对比度佳、着色均匀，可满足常规形态学观察与批量制片需求。仅限科研使用，不可用于临床诊断及人体用途。

Eosin Y-Methylene Blue Staining Solution is formulated with Eosin Y, Methylene Blue, ethanol, and other components, and belongs to the category of composite biological staining reagents. This product features a stable staining system, good solubility, a long shelf life, and wide applicability, making it a classic reagent for routine staining of biological tissues and cells. Methylene Blue, as a basic dye, stains nuclei, ribosomes, and basophilic structures in blue-purple; Eosin Y, as an acidic dye, stains cytoplasm, intercellular substances, and eosinophilic structures in pink to red. Through this dual-color contrast staining, cell morphology and tissue structure can be clearly distinguished. It is widely used in blood smear staining, cell smear observation, routine tissue section staining, microbial morphology observation, and teaching and research laboratories. This product offers stable formulation, clear staining layers, good contrast, and uniform coloration, meeting the requirements for routine morphological observation and batch slide preparation.
