本培养基专用转基因组培预培养、侵染和共培养。本培养基并非传统MS培养基，而是在MS基础上改善渗透压等条件，旨在减少外植体玻璃化及褐化。同时，降低了农杆菌侵染引起的生理胁迫，大大提高了后续分化的效率，缩短转化周期。

使用说明
1、在烧杯中加入 4ml 组分A 、2ml 组分 B、2ml 组分 C，6g 糖，约 1.6‑1.7g 琼脂 (琼脂按自己购买产品说明书加入量加入，也可调节好 pH 后加入) 定容至 200ml 即可配置为侵染专用固体培养基，不加琼脂即为侵染液 (培养基和侵染液体积可自行按比例放大缩小)。
2、混合好后加入约 70μl 0.5 M NaOH 调节 pH 到 5.8; 注：水质不同所加入的 NaOH 可能有区别，可自行调节。
3、120℃，灭菌 20min。
4、待培养基温度降至 45‑50℃ 时，加入有机物 GBR5 200 μl 和组分 D 260μl。

This medium is specially used for the pre‑culture, infection and co‑cultivation stages of transgenic plant tissue‑culture. Unlike the traditional MS medium, it is modified from MS basal medium with optimized osmotic pressure and other conditions, so as to reduce vitrification and browning of explants. Meanwhile, it alleviates the physiological stress induced by Agrobacterium infection, greatly improves the subsequent differentiation efficiency and shortens the transformation cycle.

Instructions for Use
1. In a beaker, add 4 mL of Component A, 2 mL of Component B, 2 mL of Component C, 6 g of sugar, and approximately 1.6‑1.7 g of agar (add agar according to the manufacturer’s instructions of your purchased product; agar may also be added after pH adjustment). Bring the total volume to 200 mL to prepare solid medium for infection. Omit agar to obtain infection solution. The volume of medium and infection solution can be scaled up or down proportionally as required.
2. After mixing, add approximately 70 μL of 0.5 M NaOH to adjust the pH to 5.8. Note: The required volume of NaOH may vary depending on water quality; adjust accordingly.
3. Sterilize at 120 °C for 20 min.
4. When the medium cools down to 45‑50 °C, add 200 μL of Organic matter GBR5 and 260 μL of Component D.
