概述
本产品适用于 EMSA（Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay，凝胶迁移实验，又称 Gel-Shift Assay）。该技术通过分析目的蛋白与特定 DNA 序列的结合情况，评估细胞内转录因子的激活水平。本缓冲液专用于细胞核蛋白或纯化转录因子与特定双链寡核苷酸完成结合反应后的样品上样。
产品特点：
无色配方（不含溴酚蓝）：专为荧光标记探针、同位素或化学发光检测体系设计，避免染料颜色对成像信号的干扰，确保检测结果的高信噪比。
使用说明：
按照每 3 μL 样品加入 1μL 上样缓冲液 (4×)的比例混合，混匀后立即上样。

This product is suitable for EMSA (Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay, also known as gel-shift assay). This technique analyzes the binding between target proteins and specific DNA sequences to evaluate the activation level of transcription factors in cells. This buffer is designed for sample loading following binding reactions between nuclear proteins or purified transcription factors and specific double-stranded oligonucleotides.
Product Feature:
• Colorless formulation (bromophenol blue free): Optimized for fluorescently labeled probes, radioactive or chemiluminescent detection systems. It avoids signal interference from dye color during imaging and ensures high signal-to-noise ratio.
Instructions for Use:
Mix at a ratio of 1 μL of loading buffer (4×) per 3 μL of sample. After mixing thoroughly, load immediately.

1.All other reagents required for EMSA must be provided by the user.
2.This product is for research use by professionals only. It must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, for food or drugs, or stored in ordinary residential buildings.
