概述
本品现行 GMP 标准下生产，可用于 NK 细胞的培养。无血清培养基可以提供卓越的细胞生长和存活率。
注意事项：
无血清培养系统中的细胞对极端 pH 值、温度、渗透压、机械力和酶处理更为敏感。 1. 抗生素 最好不要在无血清培养基中使用抗生素。确需使用的话，我们建议使用量为添加血清培养基中使用量的 5 到 10。这是因为血清蛋白倾向于结合一定量的抗生素。如果没有这些血清蛋白，原来使用的抗生素水平将对某些细胞产生毒性。 2. 更高的细胞密度 细胞必须处于对数生长期并且存活率大于 >90%另外，可能需要进行连续驯化培养。在驯化至无血清培养基（SFM）期间，每次传代时，接种细胞密度要高于正常传代时的密度，这有助于驯化过程。由于部分细胞无法在新培养环境中存活，因此接入更多的细胞将有利于增加进一步传代存活的细胞数量。 3. 凝集 在驯化至无血清培养基（SFM）过程中，细胞经常会团聚成块。我们建议您在进行细胞传代培养时将细胞团块轻轻磨碎，使细胞分散开。 4. 形态 在驯化至无血清培养基（SFM）的过程中以及驯化之后，一般会发生细微的细胞形态变化。只要细胞倍增时间和存活率保持良好，细微的形态变化是无关紧要的。

Product introduction：
This product is produced under the current GMP standard and can be used for NK cell culture. Serum free medium can provide excellent cell growth and survival.
Matters needing attention：
Cells in serum-free culture systems are more sensitive to extreme pH, temperature, osmotic pressure, mechanical force, and enzyme treatment. 1. antibiotics it is best not to use antibiotics in serum-free medium. If it is necessary, we recommend using 5 to 10 of the amount used in the supplemented serum medium. This is because serum proteins tend to bind a certain amount of antibiotics. Without these serum proteins, the level of antibiotics used would be toxic to some cells. 2. higher cell density cells must be in the logarithmic growth phase and the survival rate must be greater than >90%.In addition, continuous domestication culture may be required. During the period from acclimation to serum-free medium (SFM), the density of inoculated cells at each passage was higher than that at normal passage, which contributed to the acclimation process. Because some cells cannot survive in the new culture environment, access to more cells will be conducive to increasing the number of cells that survive in further passages. 3. agglutination in the process of acclimation to serum-free medium (SFM), cells often agglomerate into blocks. We recommend that you gently grind the cell mass during cell subculture to disperse the cells. 4. morphology during and after acclimation to serum-free medium (SFM), subtle changes in cell morphology generally occur. As long as the cell doubling time and survival rate remain good, subtle morphological changes are irrelevant.
