抑制素βA(INHbA)是一种由 INHBA 基因编码的蛋白质。它是激活素和抑制素的一个亚单位，这两种密切相关的糖蛋白具有相反的生物效应。抑制素βA亚单位与α亚单位一起形成垂体FSH分泌抑制剂。抑制素已被证明能负向调节性腺基质细胞的增殖并具有肿瘤抑制活性。此外，抑制素的血清水平已被证明可反映颗粒细胞肿瘤的大小，因此可作为原发和复发疾病的标志物。由于抑制素在性腺和各种性腺外组织中的表达可能以组织特异性的方式变化数倍，因此有人认为抑制素可能既是一种生长/分化因子，又是一种激素。此外，βA亚基形成一个同源二聚体，即激活素A，也与βB亚基结合形成一个异源二聚体，即激活素AB，两者都能刺激FSH的分泌。 本试剂盒采用竞争法酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）。往预先包被有小鼠抑制素βA(INHβA)抗原的微孔中，依次加入样本、标准品、Biotin标记的抗体，HRP酶结合物，中间经过温育和洗涤，用底物TMB显色，TMB在过氧化物酶(HRP)的催化下转化成蓝色，并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。颜色的深浅和样本中的小鼠抑制素βA(INHβA)呈负相关。用酶标仪在450nm波长下测定吸光度（OD值），计算样本浓度。
This kit employs the competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle. Microplate wells are pre-coated with Mouse INHβA antigen. The sample, standards, a biotin-labeled antibody, and an HRP enzyme conjugate are then added sequentially to the wells. The procedure includes incubation and wash steps between each addition. TMB substrate is used for color development. In the presence of the peroxidase (HRP) enzyme, TMB is catalyzed to produce a blue color, which is then converted into a final stable yellow color upon the addition of an acid stop solution. The intensity of the resulting yellow color is inversely proportional to the concentration of Mouse INHβA in the sample. The optical density (OD) is measured at a wavelength of 450 nm using a microplate reader, and the concentration of the target analyte in the sample is calculated based on the standard curve.
