Firefly Luciferase mRNA 序列来自北美萤火虫（Photinus pyralis），进入细胞后能够表达荧光素酶，荧光素酶可以催化底物 D-luciferin 氧化成 oxyluciferin，在 D-luciferin 氧化的过程中，会在约 560nm 波长处产生生物荧光（bioluminescence），可通过酶标仪进行测定。Luciferase 是一种常用的生物发光报告基因，可作为对照研究靶基因在哺乳动物细胞中的翻译效率，细胞活力和体内成像测定。本产品通过引入 N1-Me-Pseudo UTP 替换天然 UTP，降低 mRNA 在哺乳动物细胞中的免疫原性，增强 mRNA 的稳定性。同时，本产品还模拟具有 5’Cap 1 结构和 3’poly (A) 尾巴的成熟 mRNA，能在体内、体外高效表达。

The Firefly Luciferase mRNA sequence is derived from North American fireflies (Photinus pyralis). After entering cells, it can express luciferase, which can catalyze the oxidation of the substrate D-luciferin to oxyluciferin. During the oxidation of D-luciferin, bioluminescence is produced at a wavelength of approximately 560 nm, which can be determined by a microplate reader. Luciferase is a commonly used bioluminescent reporter gene, which can be used as a control to study the translation efficiency of target genes in mammalian cells, as well as for cell viability and in vivo imaging assays.This product reduces the immunogenicity of mRNA in mammalian cells and enhances the stability of mRNA by introducing N1-Me-Pseudo UTP to replace natural UTP. At the same time, this product also mimics mature mRNA with 5'Cap 1 structure and 3'poly(A) tail, and can be efficiently expressed in vivo and in vitro.
