概述
血清来源于无菌采集的6~8月龄优质胎牛血清；GMP净化车间全自动灌装生产，批量大、批间差小。
适用范围
普适性较强，适用于培养常规原代细胞、干细胞，免疫细胞及难培养细胞。
1) 原代细胞代表：上皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、内皮细鲍、黑色素细胞、心肌细胸、巨噬细胞等。
2) 干细胞代表：NSC，UC-MSCS、PB-MSCs。
3) 免疫细胞代表：H9、CTLL-2、人外周血来源NK细胞、人外周血来源T细胞等。
4) 难培养细胞：乳腺癌细胞、结直肠腺癌细胞、胃腺癌细胞、肺腺癌细胞、肝癌细胞等。
使用方法
1) 本品经过0.1微米过滤除菌，无需再次过滤除菌。
2) 为避免沉淀增多，血清在融化过程中，须间歇的摇晃均匀。
3) 若一次无法用完1整瓶，建议在无菌环境下分装，-20℃冷冻保存，避免反复冻融。
注意事项
如有以下情况，请勿使用
1) 包装有破损。
2) 溶液浑浊，有污染的疑虑。
3) 使用时已超出规定有效期。
4) 仅用于研究和进一步生产，不得直接用于人或动物。
Prodcut Introduction
The serum is derived from aseptically collected high-quality fetal bovine serum of 6–8 months of age; produced by automatic filling in a GMP cleanroom workshop, with large batch size and minimal inter-batch variation.
Scope of Application:
Highly versatile, suitable for culturing routine primary cells, stem cells, immune cells, and difficult-to-culture cells.
1. Representative primary cells: epithelial cells, smooth muscle cells, endothelial cells, melanocytes, cardiomyocytes, macrophages, etc.
2. Representative stem cells: NSC, UC-MSCs, PB-MSCs.
3. Representative immune cells: H9, CTLL-2, human peripheral blood-derived NK cells, human peripheral blood-derived T cells, etc.
4. Difficult-to-culture cells: breast cancer cells, colorectal adenocarcinoma cells, gastric adenocarcinoma cells, lung adenocarcinoma cells, hepatocellular carcinoma cells, etc.
Instructions for use:
1. This product has been 0.1 μm filter‑sterilized; no further filtration is required.
2. To prevent excessive precipitation, the serum must be gently shaken intermittently during thawing.
3. If one bottle cannot be used up at once, aliquot under aseptic conditions and store frozen at −20 °C; avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles.

Do NOT use if:
1. The package is damaged.
2. The solution is turbid or suspected of contamination.
3. The product has exceeded the stated expiry date.
4. For research and further manufacturing use only; not for direct use in humans or animals.
