游离脂肪酸（FFA）是脂类代谢的关键中间产物，其浓度可反映机体代谢状态及食品品质。本试剂盒采用铜皂比色法：FFA在弱酸条件下与铜盐生成有色铜皂复合物，于715 nm处测定吸光度，定量样品FFA含量。
Free fatty acids (FFA) are both the products of lipolysis and the substrates for lipogenesis, positioning them at the central hub of lipid metabolism. FFA concentrations are closely associated with lipid metabolism, glucose metabolism, and endocrine function, and also serve as sensitive indicators of quality changes during food storage. This kit employs the copper soap colorimetric method for the determination of FFA content. Under weakly acidic conditions, FFA reacts with copper salts to form a colored copper soap complex, which exhibits a characteristic absorption peak at 715 nm. Within a certain concentration range, the FFA content shows a linear relationship with the degree of color development. By measuring the absorbance at 715 nm, the FFA content in the sample can be quantitatively calculated.
