使用范围

使用方法
1. 解冻方式：-20℃冷冻血清置于2-8℃冰箱缓慢解冻，全程轻柔颠倒混匀，避免剧烈震荡，禁止37℃快速解冻。
2. 分装保存：首次解冻后根据单次用量无菌分装，避免整瓶反复冻融，影响产品活性。
3.培养基配制：根据细胞培养需求，按5%-20%比例添加至基础培养基，混匀后即可使用。配制完成的完全培养基2-8℃保存，建议1-2周内用完。
4. 热灭活：常规实验无需热灭活；特殊实验需求可56℃水浴30min灭活处理。
注意事项

2. 全程无菌操作，避免污染。
3. 产品出现浑浊、大量絮状沉淀、污染、漏液、过期失效时禁止使用。

Fetal Bovine Serum (Deproteinized type) is prepared from healthy and clean fetal bovine blood through aseptic collection, low‑temperature separation, multi‑stage purification and proprietary deproteinization process. Most large‑molecular‑weight impurity proteins, lipoproteins and excess albumin in serum are effectively removed, while active substances required for cell growth including small‑molecular growth factors, polypeptides, amino acids and trace elements are retained. Sterilized by multi‑stage fine filtration, this product features low protein content, low impurities, low endotoxin, mycoplasma‑free status, absence of exogenous viruses and minimal batch‑to‑batch variation. It is suitable for high‑end scientific research experiments and cell culture sensitive to protein interference.
Scope of Application
It is applicable to scientific‑research fields including various in‑vitro cell culture susceptible to large‑molecular‑protein interference, proteomics research, metabolomics experiments and biochemical analysis assays. As a deproteinized modified serum, this product greatly reduces interference from impurity proteins and effectively improves experimental repeatability and stability.
Instructions for Use
1. Thawing: Thaw frozen serum stored at ‑20 °C slowly in a 2‑8 °C refrigerator. Gently invert and mix throughout the process. Avoid vigorous shaking. Rapid thawing at 37 °C is prohibited.
2. Aliquoting and storage: Aseptically aliquot the product according to single‑test dosage after the first thawing to prevent repeated freeze‑thaw cycles of the whole bottle, which would impair product activity.
3. Medium preparation: Add to basal medium at a ratio of 5%‑20% according to cell‑culture requirements, mix well and use. Prepared complete medium shall be stored at 2‑8 °C and is recommended to be used within 1‑2 weeks.
4. Heat inactivation: Heat inactivation is unnecessary for routine experiments. For special experimental requirements, perform inactivation in a 56 °C water bath for 30 min.
Precautions
1. This product is a research‑only reagent. It shall not be used for clinical diagnosis, human administration, animal therapy or pharmaceutical production.
2. Maintain aseptic operation throughout the procedure to avoid contamination.
3. Do not use the product if turbidity, massive flocculent precipitate, contamination, liquid leakage or expiration occurs.
4. Minor precipitate generated under low‑temperature storage is a normal physical phenomenon and does not affect product quality or performance.
5. Avoid long‑term placement at room temperature to prevent degradation of active components.
