酸水解酪蛋白10.0g，生物素20.0ug，无水葡萄糖40.0g，尼克酸0.8mg，L-天冬氨酸0.6g，对氨基苯甲酸2.0mg，乙酸钠24.0g，泛酸钙0.8mg，聚山梨酯800.1g，盐酸吡哆醇4.0mg，L-盐酸半胱氨酸0.4g，还原型谷胱甘肽5.0mg，L-色氨酸0.4g，一水合硫酸锰20.0mg，硫酸腺嘌呤20.0mg，七水合硫酸亚铁20.0mg，盐酸鸟嘌呤20.0mg，磷酸二氢钾0.7g，尿嘧啶20.0mg，磷酸氢二钾1.0g，黄嘌呤20.0mg，硫酸镁0.1g，核黄素1.0mg，氯化钠20.0mg，盐酸硫胺素0.4mg。
使用方法：
称取本品7.74g于100ml纯化水中，调节pH使最终pH6.8±0.1（25℃），加热搅拌煮沸2～3分钟至完全溶解，分装（注意搅拌，使不溶物分布均匀），备用。
注意事项：
1、使用时避免与皮肤、眼睛接触。
2、本品用于实验室微生物检验。

Usage:
Weigh 7.74 g in 100 mL of purified water, adjust to a final pH of 6.8 ± 0.1 (25°C), heat with stirring and boil for 2–3 minutes until completely dissolved, dispense (stir well to ensure even distribution of insoluble matter), and set aside for use.
