I. Experimental operations: 100ml of distilled water in a measuring cylinder, add 2-3 drops of ice acetic acid and mix. Caveat

1. Hemorrhagic plasma membrane fluid should be centrifuged and precipitated, and the supernatant should be used for the test.

2. Ascites of certain patients with cirrhosis of the liver, due to the high content of globular Pr, is cloudy and turbid, presenting a false-positive result.
