Return Conditions
If the sold goods meet the following conditions, customers can submit a return application online or contact the company's customer service department to handle the return and exchange matters.
- Return window (standard)
- 7 days / 30 days
- Restocking fee (customer-caused returns, unopened)
- 5% of product value
- Return shipping responsibility (customer-caused)
- Customer bears all return shipping costs
- Return shipping responsibility (quality defect / transit damage / Aladdin error)
- No return shipping fee charged; must use designated courier
