Golden shiny metal, soft in texture, rich in ductility, with good heat transfer and conductivity. The chemical properties are very inactive. It is not oxidized in the air and does not react with water, acid, or strong alkaline solutions. Used as components for transistors, electrical contact alloys, pharmaceuticals, decorative alloys, mostly for currency and handicrafts. It is widely distributed and rare on Earth, mostly existing in the form of free natural gold, as well as in the form of chemical compounds such as tellurium gold AuTe2. Mainly extracted from vein gold and alluvial gold deposits. Ultra fine gold powder: mainly used for thick film paste in the electronic industry and as electrode material for multi-layer ceramic capacitors.
