可将金微子稀释至 7.5 OD(188μL 金微子+312μL 缓冲液)、10 OD(250μL 金微子+250μL 缓冲液)。

Product Advantages
a). Simple Labeling ProcessCompared with traditional latex microspheres, Gold microsphere nanospheres feature a simpler labeling process and easier centrifugation, with a centrifugal force not exceeding 500×g, eliminating the need for additional expensive centrifugation equipment.
b). Diverse Color Options Gold microsphere offers a wide range of colors to support customized solutions for customers, while retaining the advantages of colloidal gold: ease of labeling, no color loss during centrifugation, and stable color development.
c). Higher Sensitivity Superior sensitivity compared to latex microspheres of the same particle size, and significantly better than conventional colloidal gold.
d). Excellent UniformityHigh monodispersity with PDI < 0.2.
e). Strong AdaptabilityExcellent performance even on membranes with low wicking rates.
Recommended Labeling Protocol
Taking antibody labeling as an example:
i. Dilution: Take 100 μL of stock solution, add 280 μL of water to a final volume of 380 μL.
ii. Labeling: Add the antibody (or antigen) to be labeled to the diluted Gold microsphere suspension at a final concentration of 10 μg/mL–50 μg/mL, and mix by shaking.
iii. pH Adjustment: To the Gold microsphere suspension with antibody added, it is recommended to add 20 μL of buffer (0.2 mol/L, pH range 4–10) for pH adjustment. React with shaking at room temperature for 30 minutes.
iv. Blocking: Add BSA to a final concentration of 5‰. For 400 μL of diluted Gold microsphere labeling system, add 20 μL of 10% BSA. React with shaking at room temperature for 30 minutes.
v. Centrifugation: Centrifuge at 400–500×g for 5 minutes.vi. Resuspension: Resuspend the pellet in resuspension buffer to 50–150 μL for spraying onto pads; or resuspend to 200–500 μL for coating onto pads.
*Note: 1.If aggregation occurs under the recommended pH conditions during labeling, no concern is needed – sonication during subsequent steps (blocking and resuspension) will achieve redispersion. The selection of buffer for diluting Gold microsphere shall be based on conditions that ultimately meet the product performance
3. Appropriately increasing the concentration of Gold microsphere during labeling helps improve detection sensitivity. The microspheres can be diluted to 7.5 OD (188 μL Gold microsphere+ 312 μL buffer) and 10 OD (250 μL Gold microsphere + 250 μL buffer). requirements.
Precautions
a). Storage: This product can be transported at room temperature. Upon receipt, store immediately at 2–8°C; freezing is prohibited.
b). When sampling or aliquoting, use clean containers to avoid aggregation caused by contamination. PC transparent material is recommended.
c). Shelf Life: 18 months when stored unopened at 2–8°C. Use within 2 months after opening.
d). Any abnormal state such as aggregation caused by any reason after opening shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
e). If poor release from serum samples is observed, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of EDTA disodium salt in the sample pad (or sample diluent).
