谷氨酰胺（Gln）是一种含量较丰富的氨基酸，它是通过谷氨酸和氨的缩合反应生成的，是一种非必需氨基酸；其在蛋白质合成，酸碱平衡，合成代谢过程中起重要作用。 本试剂盒提供一种快速、灵敏的检测谷氨酸的方法，利用谷氨酰胺酶使谷氨酰胺生成谷氨酸，再通过谷氨酸脱氢酶特异作用于谷氨酸，同时使生成的物质进一步与显色剂反应生成黄色物质，该黄色物质在450nm处有最大吸收峰，进而得出谷氨酰胺（Gln）的含量。
Glutamine (Gln) is a relatively abundant amino acid. It is synthesized through the condensation reaction of glutamic acid and ammonia and is classified as a non-essential amino acid. It plays an important role in protein synthesis, acid-base balance, and anabolic processes. This kit provides a rapid and sensitive method for detecting glutamine. It utilizes glutaminase to convert glutamine into glutamate. Glutamate dehydrogenase then specifically acts on the produced glutamate, simultaneously causing the generated substance to further react with a chromogenic agent to form a yellow compound. This yellow compound has a maximum absorption peak at 450 nm, thereby allowing the determination of glutamine (Gln) content.
