采用GPO-POD偶联酶法测定G3P含量。G3P经GPO氧化产生H₂O₂；在POD催化下，H₂O₂与4-AAP及显色剂反应生成红色醌类染料。该染料在510 nm处有最大吸收峰，通过监测该波长下吸光值的变化，即可定量计算G3P的浓度。
The G3P content is determined by a GPO-POD coupled enzymatic method. G3P is oxidized by glycerol-3-phosphate oxidase (GPO) to produce H₂O₂. In the presence of peroxidase (POD), H₂O₂ reacts with 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AAP) and a chromogenic reagent to form a red quinone dye, which exhibits a maximum absorbance at 510 nm. By monitoring the change in absorbance at this wavelength, the concentration of G3P can be quantitatively calculated.
