磷酸葡萄糖异构酶（PGI，EC 5.3.1.9）可催化6-磷酸果糖与6-磷酸葡萄糖的可逆转化，是糖酵解途径中的关键胞内酶之一。PGI催化6-磷酸果糖异构化为6-磷酸葡萄糖，后者在葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶作用下将NADP⁺还原为NADPH，通过测定340 nm处NADPH的增加速率，即可计算PGI活性。
Phosphoglucose isomerase (PGI, EC 5.3.1.9) catalyzes the reversible interconversion of fructose-6-phosphate and glucose-6-phosphate, and is one of the key intracellular enzymes in the glycolytic pathway. PGI catalyzes the isomerization of fructose-6-phosphate to glucose-6-phosphate, which then reduces NADP⁺ to NADPH under the action of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. The PGI activity can be calculated by measuring the rate of increase in NADPH absorbance at 340 nm.
