乳酚油与乳酸酚棉蓝染色液相似，但不含棉蓝染料，主要由苯酚、乳酸、甘油等组成，可作为浮载剂或封固剂制备半永久性标本，适用于病原真菌整体封固。近年来甘油乳酸液 (甘油乳酸浮载剂) 逐步替代乳酚油浮载剂；本试剂加入苯胺蓝后可作为染色剂，若配合封片剂封片，玻片标本可保存更长时间。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
自备材料
1、盖玻片、载玻片、显微镜。
操作步骤 (仅供参考)
1、植物材料：
① 取待封固的植物材料，如藻类、花粉粒、表皮撕片等。
② 滴加甘油乳酸浮载剂于植物材料上，使材料充分接触浮载剂，加盖盖玻片时尽量避免产生气泡。
2、其他样品：
①可参照组织切片封片方式进行操作。
注意事项
1、可在载玻片背面做好圆圈标记，便于定位标本位置。
2、为保障安全，请穿戴实验服、一次性手套进行操作。
3、试剂开封后建议尽快使用，以免影响后续实验效果。
Lactophenol is similar to lactophenol cotton blue staining solution but does not contain cotton blue dye. It is mainly composed of phenol, lactic acid and glycerol. It can be used as a mounting medium or fixative to prepare semi‑permanent specimens for whole mounting of pathogenic fungi. In recent years, glycerol‑lactic acid solution (glycerol‑lactic acid mounting medium) has gradually replaced lactophenol mounting medium. When supplemented with aniline blue, this reagent can be used as a staining agent. Slides can be preserved for a longer time if sealed with mounting medium. For research use only; not intended for clinical diagnosis or other applications.

Procedure (For reference only)
1.Plant samples:
① Take plant materials to be mounted, such as algae, pollen grains, epidermal strips, etc.
② Drop glycerol‑lactic acid mounting medium onto the plant material to allow full contact with the medium. Avoid air bubbles when placing the coverslip.
2. Other samples:
① Follow the mounting procedure for tissue sections.
Precautions
1. Circles may be marked on the back of glass slides to facilitate specimen positioning.
2. Wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation for personal safety.
3. It is recommended to use the reagent promptly after opening to avoid compromised experimental results.
