通用显影定影粉套装包含显影粉与定影粉，各自可配制 1 L 溶液；按操作步骤配液后即可使用，用于 Western、Northern、Southern blot 等印迹实验胶片压片曝光后的显影与定影。本产品特别适用于 X 光片，也可用于普通黑白底片或相纸。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。

自备材料
1、X 光片、红灯、磁力搅拌器、烧杯、避光试剂瓶
2、自来水、去离子水
使用说明
1、配制通用显影液：取 1 升烧杯，加入约 800mL 的去离子水中 (50℃ 左右)，然后加入小袋粉剂，充分溶解后再加入大袋粉剂，待全部溶解后补水至 1000mL，即可使用。如有必要可用 100 目滤网过滤一次。
2、配制通用定影液：取 1 升烧杯，加入约 800mL 的去离子水 (25℃ 左右)，加入通用定影粉，充分溶解后再补水至 1000 mL，即可使用。如有必要可用 100 目滤网过滤一次。
3、显影：把 X 光片完全浸没在显影液内，一般显影 10s～2 min。具体显影时间要根据显影情况而定，可以在红灯下观察，当发现显影的程度已经达到预定目标，即可停止显影，进行后续步骤。
4、水洗：在自来水中冲洗 2～3 min，以完全冲洗去显影液。
5、定影：浸没在定影液内，定影 2～5 min 左右，定影时间再长一些如 10 min，通常对洗片的结果没有明显影响。
6、水洗：在自来水中冲洗 2～5 min，以充分洗去各种残留溶液和试剂。
注意事项
1、曝光、显影、定影步骤均应在严密的避光环境中进行。
2、显影液用于胶片时：冲卷 2~6 分钟，印放 1~3 分钟。
3、定影液用于胶片时：软片约 10 分钟，印放 10~15 分钟。
4、试剂可重复使用 5~10 次，不宜超过 20 次，最终重复次数需根据使用效果酌情考量。
5、试剂配成溶液后，应 4℃ 避光保存，6 个月有效。

General Developer & Fixer Powder Kit contains developer powder and fixer powder, each sufficient to prepare 1 L solution. It can be used after preparation following the operating procedure for development and fixation of films after exposure in Western, Northern and Southern blot experiments. This product is specially optimized for X‑ray film, and can also be applied to conventional black-and-white negatives and photographic paper. This reagent is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or other applications.

Materials Required
1. X-ray film, safelight, magnetic stirrer, beaker, amber reagent bottle
2. Tap water, deionized water
Instructions for Use
1. Preparation of General Developer solution: Take a 1 L beaker, add approximately 800 mL deionized water (around 50 °C). Add the small sachet powder, dissolve completely, then add the large sachet powder. After full dissolution, top up water to 1000 mL for use. Filter through a 100-mesh sieve once if necessary.
2. Preparation of General Fixer solution: Take a 1 L beaker, add approximately 800 mL deionized water (around 25 °C). Add General Fixer Powder, dissolve completely, then top up water to 1000 mL for use. Filter through a 100-mesh sieve once if necessary.
3. Development: Fully immerse the X-ray film in the developer solution. Typical development time is 10 s ~ 2 min. The actual time depends on the developing effect. Observe under safelight; stop development and proceed to subsequent steps once the desired signal is achieved.
4. Washing: Rinse in tap water for 2–3 min to completely remove developer solution.
5. Fixation: Immerse film in fixer solution for 2–5 min. Longer fixation time such as 10 min generally has no obvious impact on film results.
6. Washing: Rinse in tap water for 2–5 min to thoroughly remove residual solutions and reagents.
Precautions
1. Exposure, development and fixation should all be performed in a fully light-tight environment.
2. For developer solution with film: 2–6 min for roll film processing, 1–3 min for printing.
3. For fixer solution with film: Approximately 10 min for sheet film, 10–15 min for printing.
4. The reagent can be reused 5–10 times; reuse should not exceed 20 times. The actual number of reuses depends on experimental performance.
5. After preparing the reagent solution, store at 4 °C protected from light; valid for 6 months.
6. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
7. Use the reagent promptly after opening to avoid compromising subsequent experimental results.
