四、滤膜选择
PES聚醚砜树脂膜：亲水性，低蛋白结合<1.5%，高流速，高孔隙率，适用于大多数的生物水性溶液，适合过滤细胞培养基。
CA醋酸纤维素膜：亲水性，不耐强酸碱溶液，适合于生物样品中的蛋白质和水溶液的过滤，如血清培养基过滤等。
PVDF聚偏氟乙烯膜：亲水性，低蛋白结合，适用于一般的生物过滤，不适用于强腐蚀性液体的过滤，不耐DMSO。
Nylon尼龙膜：亲水性，高蛋白结合，适合不含蛋白的水溶液和有机溶液等，耐酒精和DMSO等。

Product description
Disposable vacuum filtration devices are useful for the separation and purification of large volume samples from tissue culture media, biological fluids. The complete set includes a diaphragm, a graduated polystyrene (PS) transparent funnel and a receiving bottle connected by a connector. Disposable vacuum filters utilize a vacuum pump to provide pressure differentials and are used for bulk filtration of tissue culture and other laboratory fluid solutions. Samples can be processed up to several liters. The filtered samples can be stored directly in sterile collection bottles. There are three forms: full filter/storage unit, top filter and receiver bottle.
Application：
1. Filtration of tissue culture fluids, biological fluids, positioning buffers
2. Filtration of cell culture media and other aqueous solutions
3. Sterile filtration of solutions that cannot be autoclaved
4. Provide sterilization filtration and use glass fiber pre-filter membrane to filter difficult-to-filter aqueous solutions
Fourth, filter membrane selection
PES polyethersulfone resin membrane: hydrophilic, low protein binding <1.5%, high flow rate, high porosity, suitable for most biological aqueous solutions, suitable for filtration of cell culture media.
CA cellulose acetate membrane: hydrophilic, not resistant to strong acid and alkali solutions, suitable for filtration of proteins and aqueous solutions in biological samples, such as serum medium filtration, etc.
PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride membrane: hydrophilic, low protein binding, suitable for general biological filtration, not suitable for filtration of strong corrosive liquids, not resistant to DMSO.
Nylon nylon membrane: hydrophilic, high protein binding, suitable for protein-free aqueous and organic solutions, etc., resistant to alcohol and DMSO, etc.
