Biocompatibility, facile conjugation to biomolecules and unique optical properties arising from surface plasmon resonance render the nanoparticles of gold useful for variety of biomedical research such as bio-imaging, bio-sensing, photothermal hyperthermia, drug delivery etc. Our maleimide functionalized gold nanoparticles kits contain ready-to-use mixtures and have been optimized for high efficiency one-step conjugation of thiol-modified ligands such as oligonucleotides, antibodies, antibody fragments, proteins and peptides.These kits contain the following components:1.
