General Description
Product is whole polyclonal antiserum from goats immunized with highly purifiedhuman complement protein. This product is not a purified IgG fraction. Goats are maintained in FDA certified facilities.
Physical Characteristics & Structure
Antibodies present in the antisera are primarily IgG.
Applications
Western Blots: Effective at dilutions 1/16,000 to 1/32,000 depending on conditions. Note: Most effective against non-reduced antigen.
ELISA: Effective at dilutions 1/32,000 to 1/64,000 depending on conditions.Immunodiffusion: Effective against NHS and plasma at 1/32 dilution
