概述
MS 培养基 (不含琼脂) 即无固化剂款 MS 基础培养基，是植物组织培养通用经典培养基。本品仅含无机盐、微量元素、等基础营养，未添加琼脂，不含固化成型成分，可按需自行添加琼脂配制成固体培养基，或直接作为液体培养基用于悬浮培养、原生质体分离等实验。适配绝大多数木本、草本、花卉及农作物的愈伤诱导、生根、离体快繁，适用范围广，配制便捷，可灵活调控培养基状态，满足多样化组培实验需求。

使用方法
1、配制溶解：精确称取本品 34.74 g，加入1 L蒸馏水或去离子水中，充分搅拌至粉末完全溶解，配制成均匀的培养基溶液。
2、pH调节（可选）：如需调节pH值，可在灭菌前使用稀NaOH或者稀HCl溶液进行微调。植物组织培养常用pH范围为5.5～5.8，具体以实际实验方案为准。调节时逐滴添加、边加边搅拌并实时检测pH，避免过度调节。
3、灭菌处理：将配制完成的培养基分装至合适培养容器，于116 ℃高压蒸汽灭菌30 min。
4、冷却使用：灭菌结束后置于洁净无菌环境中自然冷却，全程严格遵守无菌操作规范，即可用于植物组织培养实验。
注意事项
1、本品为植物组织培养全无机盐培养基，建议采用室温水溶解后再进行高压灭菌，不建议加热溶解；灭菌后溶液若出现少量沉淀为正常现象，不影响实验使用。
2、产品需置于室温、避光环境密封保存，有效期3年。
3、本产品仅供科研实验使用，严禁用于医药、临床诊断与治疗、食品、化妆品等相关领域，请勿存放于普通住宅区。
4、因用户非正常操作、违规使用本产品所产生的一切意外与损失，本公司不承担相关责任。
MS Medium (Agar-Free) refers to the gelling-agent-free MS basal medium, a classic universal medium for plant tissue culture. This product only contains basic nutrients such as inorganic salts and trace elements, with no agar or gelling components added. Agar may be supplemented as needed to prepare solid medium, or it can be directly used as liquid medium for experiments including suspension culture and protoplast isolation. It is suitable for callus induction, rooting and in vitro micropropagation of most woody plants, herbaceous plants, flowers and crops. It boasts wide applicability and easy preparation; the medium form can be flexibly adjusted to meet diverse requirements of plant tissue culture experiments.

Instructions for Use：
1. Dissolution: Accurately weigh 34.74 g of this product, add it into 1 L of distilled or deionized water, and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved to prepare a homogeneous medium solution.
2. pH Adjustment (Optional): If pH adjustment is required, finely tune the pH with dilute NaOH or dilute HCl solution before sterilization. The commonly applicable pH range for plant tissue culture is 5.5～5.8, subject to specific experimental protocols. Add the solution dropwise while stirring and monitor the pH in real time to avoid over-adjustment.
3. Sterilization: Dispense the prepared medium into suitable culture vessels and perform high-pressure steam sterilization at 116 ℃ for 30 minutes.
4. Cooling and Application: After sterilization, cool the medium naturally to room temperature in a clean and sterile environment. Use it for plant tissue culture experiments with strict aseptic operation.
Precautions：
1. This product is a full inorganic medium for plant tissue culture. It is recommended to dissolve the powder at room temperature before high-pressure sterilization; heating dissolution is not advised. A small amount of precipitate after sterilization is normal and will not affect the experimental effect.
2. Store the product in a sealed, room temperature and dark environment. The shelf life is 3 years.
3. This product is for research use only. Do not use it for medical treatment, clinical diagnosis, food, cosmetics or other commercial purposes. Do not store it in residential areas.
4. The company shall not be liable for any accidents or losses caused by abnormal or improper use of this product.
