是否无菌：是
本品为无菌（0.22 μm 过滤）溶液，其有效成分为 α-亚麻酸（Alpha-linolenic acid，6 mM），可与完全培养基直接互溶后用于细胞实验。产品外观呈淡黄色清亮液体（含高脂细胞添加剂及相应溶剂对照），所用溶剂不含 NaOH 或有机溶剂，对细胞无毒性。本品适用于模拟高脂微环境，可用于研究炎症反应的脂质调控机制（如花生四烯酸衍生的前列腺素代谢）、氧化应激与细胞凋亡的关系，以及神经细胞的脂质代谢与保护机制。

使用说明
1.每次使用前置于室温或2~8℃冰箱过夜解冻，请勿直接加热溶解；如溶液不澄清，可在≤50℃水浴加热，且不能超过3 min。
2.针对不同细胞种类及实验目的，α-亚麻酸所用浓度和比例不同，处理时间也不同，请根据实验需求进行预实验。
3.对于首次使用本产品，建议采用浓度梯度处理细胞，摸索针对特定细胞、达到特定效果的适宜浓度。
4.待细胞生长至 80-100%汇合度时，换成新鲜培养基（含血清），按适当浓度滴加α-亚麻酸，对照组加入等量体积的溶剂对照，轻柔混匀后将细胞放入细胞培养箱中继续培养。
加入本品24~48小时后，进行下一步分析。
保存条件
-20℃保存，自生产之日起12个月有效。
注意事项
1.收到产品后可分装，于-20℃长期保存；可在2~8℃短期保存。
2.本产品中含有BSA，BSA会干扰吸光度检测，在使用CCK-8检测细胞毒性时，在弃掉高脂细胞添加剂与培养基混液后，需要用PBS清洗细胞2~3次，再加入CCK-8工作液。
This product is a sterile solution (0.22 μm filtered) containing α-linolenic acid (ALA, 6 mM) as the active ingredient. It can be directly mixed with complete culture medium for cell experiments. The product appears as a pale yellow clear liquid (including high-fat cell supplement and corresponding solvent control). The solvent contains no NaOH or organic solvents and exhibits no cytotoxicity. This product is suitable for simulating a high-lipid microenvironment. It can be applied to investigate lipid regulatory mechanisms of inflammatory responses (e.g., arachidonic acid-derived prostaglandin metabolism), the correlation between oxidative stress and cell apoptosis, as well as lipid metabolism and protective mechanisms in neurons.

Instructions for Use
1. Thaw the product at room temperature or overnight in a 2–8 °C refrigerator before each use. Do not heat directly. If the solution turns turbid, warm it in a water bath at ≤50 °C for no more than 3 minutes.
2. The working concentration, dosage ratio and treatment duration of α-linolenic acid vary depending on cell types and experimental objectives. Perform preliminary tests according to your experimental requirements.
3. For first-time use, treat cells with a concentration gradient to identify the optimal dosage for your specific cell line and desired experimental outcome.
4. When cells reach 80–100% confluence, replace with fresh serum-containing medium. Add this supplement dropwise at the appropriate concentration, and add an equal volume of vehicle control to the control group. Mix gently and place the cells back into a cell incubator for continuous culture.
Proceed with subsequent analysis 24–48 hours after adding the supplement.
Storage Conditions
Store at −20 °C. Valid for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Precautions
1. Aliquot the product upon receipt for long-term storage at −20 °C; short-term storage at 2–8 °C is acceptable.
2. This product contains BSA, which interferes with absorbance readings. When measuring cytotoxicity via CCK-8 assay, aspirate the mixture of high lipid supplement and medium, wash the cells 2–3 times with PBS, then add CCK-8 working solution
