H₂O₂是细胞中重要的活性氧分子，其含量变化可反映机体的氧化应激状态，并与多种生理病理过程密切相关。本试剂盒的检测原理为：在过氧化物酶和特异性荧光底物存在下，H₂O₂发生氧化还原反应，生成具有荧光特性的产物。该产物在激发波长535 nm、发射波长587 nm处的荧光强度与样本中H₂O₂浓度成正比。
H₂O₂ is an important reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells. Changes in its content reflect the oxidative stress status of the organism and are closely associated with various physiological and pathological processes. The assay principle of this kit is as follows: In the presence of peroxidase and a specific fluorescent substrate, H₂O₂ undergoes a redox reaction to generate a fluorescent product. The fluorescence intensity of this product at an excitation wavelength of 535 nm and an emission wavelength of 587 nm is directly proportional to the H₂O₂ concentration in the sample.
