肝素钠是一种黏多糖，分子链上含有大量磺酸基、羧基等阴离子基团，使其具有强负电性，能够与阳离子或带正电荷的分子结合形成复合物。天青A（Azure A）是一种碱性染料，携带正电荷，可与肝素的阴离子基团发生静电结合，生成肝素-天青A复合物，产生特征性颜色反应，且颜色深浅与肝素浓度呈一定比例关系。在碱性条件下，于505 nm处测定吸光度，肝素浓度与吸光度值符合朗伯-比尔定律，通过标准曲线即可计算肝素（钠）的效价。本试剂盒仅限科研使用，不可用于临床诊断或其他用途。
Heparin sodium is a mucopolysaccharide containing numerous anionic groups (such as sulfonic acid and carboxyl groups) along its polysaccharide chain, which confer a strong negative charge. This allows heparin to bind with cations or positively charged molecules to form complexes. Azure A is a basic dye that carries positive charges and can bind electrostatically to the anionic groups of heparin, forming heparin-Azure A complexes and generating a characteristic color reaction. The intensity of the color is proportionally related to the heparin concentration. Under alkaline conditions, the absorbance is measured at 505 nm, and the heparin concentration correlates with absorbance values according to the Lambert-Beer law. The potency of heparin (sodium) can be calculated by referencing a standard curve. This kit is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or other applications.
