阿拉丁生产的High Stringency Wash Solution (DNase/RNase free)，即高严谨性洗涤液(DNase/RNase free)，是一种不含DNase和RNase的Northern检测用的高严谨性洗涤溶液。本产品可以和Biotin Northern Blot Kit 以及Biotin Northern Blot Kit (for Small RNA) 配合使用。本产品为DNase/RNase/Protease-free的无菌产品。High Stringency Wash Solution (DNase/RNase free)，即不含DNase和RNase的高严谨性洗涤液，其组分为SSC (0.1X), 0.1% SDS，主要用于Northern杂交完成后杂交膜的洗涤，以有效洗去膜上残留的杂交液和未特异性结合的探针，并降低背景。本产品无需任何处理，可以直接用于Northern检测。本产品经DEPC (Diethyl pyrocarbonate，焦碳酸二乙酯)处理并高温高压灭菌处理，确保无DNase、RNase和Protease，即无DNA酶、RNA酶和蛋白酶。室温或4℃保存，一年有效。如果在低温时出现浑浊或沉淀，可以适当加热溶解，并充分混匀后使用。由于环境中存在较多的RNase，使用过程中容易出现RNase污染而影响本产品的后续使用。操作过程中须严格注意避免RNase污染。宜戴口罩吸取本产品，并尽量减少本产品暴露于空气中的时间，取用后宜立即盖上盖子。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明： 1.请参考Biotin Northern Blot Kit 以及Biotin Northern Blot Kit (for Small RNA) 的说明书使用本产品，或根据具体的使用目的自行确定使用方法。Precautions： If turbidity or precipitation occurs in this product at low temperatures, the solution can be heated appropriately for dissolution and mixed well before use.Avoid RNase contamination during operation.
