“黑胶虫”是一种常见的细胞污染物，与细胞共生，随细胞传代而传代。“黑胶虫”与细胞竞争性生长，对细胞生长不利，严重时导致细胞死亡。目前很多细胞存在被 “黑胶虫” 污染的现象，对细胞培养及其后续实验造成了极大地影响。
阿拉丁研发的黑胶虫清除剂经上百种细胞培养验证，如：小鼠胚胎干细胞或iPS细胞、人胚胎干细胞或iPS细胞、HEK293、HeLa、HCT116、COS-7、Vero、Huh-7、MDCK、PANC-1、SW620、U20S、MCF-7、MRC-5、NIH-3T3等。对细胞无毒害作用，可以有效清除大部分黑胶虫污染现象，保证细胞正常培养活性及实验。
使用说明：
1、请在收到货后，将试剂管瞬时离心 (3000rpm, 3~5s) 保存。
2、使用黑胶虫清除剂处理时，建议现配现用，并保持细胞密度在50%~60%。
3、推荐稀释比例为1:800。例如8mL培养基中加入10μL的黑胶虫清除剂。
丢弃旧的培养基，用PBS将细胞清洗干净，再加入含有黑胶虫清除剂的新鲜培养基，2天一次，连续处理一周。
注意事项：
1、本品不得与抗生素混用。

"Black‑goo contaminant" is a common cell‑culture contaminant that symbiotically coexists with cells and is passaged along with them. It competes with cells for growth resources, impairing cell proliferation and even causing cell death in severe cases. At present, "black‑goo contaminant" pollution occurs frequently in numerous cell lines, which severely compromises cell culture and subsequent downstream experiments.
The Nanobacteria Removal Agent by Aladdin has been validated on hundreds of cell lines, including mouse embryonic stem cells / iPS cells, human embryonic stem cells / iPS cells, HEK293, HeLa, HCT116, COS‑7, Vero, Huh‑7, MDCK, PANC‑1, SW620, U2OS, MCF‑7, MRC‑5 and NIH‑3T3. It exhibits no cytotoxicity to cells, can effectively eliminate most black‑goo contamination, and maintains normal cell viability for experiments.
Instructions for Use:
1. Upon receipt of the product, briefly centrifuge the reagent vial (3000 rpm, 3‑5 s) before storage.
2. For treatment with Nanobacteria Removal Agent, prepare the working solution freshly before use, and keep cell confluency at 50%‑60%.
3. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:800. For example, add 10 μL of Nanobacteria Removal Agent into 8 mL culture medium.
Discard the old medium, wash the cells thoroughly with PBS, then add fresh culture medium supplemented with Nanobacteria Removal Agent. Refresh the medium every 2 days for one consecutive week.
Precautions:
1. This product shall not be mixed with antibiotics.
2. For personal safety and health, perform operations while wearing a lab coat and disposable gloves.
3. This product is intended for research‑only use by professionals. It must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, nor for food‑ or pharmaceutical‑related applications.
