英文名称 3-Iodo-L-tyrosine
生化机理 3-碘酪氨酸 (3-IY) 抑制酪氨酸羟化酶,后者催化酪氨酸形成左旋多巴。严重甲减和甲状腺肿时,碘酪氨酸脱碘酶缺乏导致血清和尿中 3-IY 水平升高。 TH(酪氨酸 3-羟化酶)负责催化去甲肾上腺素能生物合成途径的第一步。TH 突变 与酪氨酸羟化酶缺乏相关,导致诸如婴儿型帕金森综合征和多巴( 多巴胺 )反应性肌张力障碍以及围产期发病的脑病。酪氨酸羟化酶抑制剂。抑制多巴胺的合成。在体内刺激催乳激素分泌并降低下丘脑多巴胺浓度。口服具有活性血脑屏障通透。
