概述
詹纳斯绿B（Janus Green B）又称健那绿，是一种活体染色剂，专一用于线粒体的染色，染色原理是其与线粒体中细胞色素C氧化酶结合，从而出现蓝绿色。
詹纳斯绿B染色液（0.2%）由詹纳斯绿B、某盐、去离子水等组成，染色过程中务必保持所取的材料的活性，并且迅速操作。
使用说明
1、按实验具体要求操作。
2、取新鲜提取的线粒体与詹纳斯绿B染色液（0.2%）等量混合。
3、一般染色1～3min，根据不同样本染色而异。
注意事项
1、染色的线粒体应是新鲜提取，尽快染色。
2、第一次使用本试剂盒时建议先取1~2个样品做预实验。
3、为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，带手套等。
Janus Green B (also known as Janus Green) is a vital dye specifically used for staining mitochondria. The staining principle is based on its binding to cytochrome C oxidase in mitochondria, resulting in a blue-green color.
Janus Green B Staining Solution (0.2%) is composed of Janus Green B, certain salts, deionized water, etc. During the staining process, it is essential to maintain the viability of the sample material and perform the procedure quickly.
Instructions for Use
Operate according to the specific requirements of the experiment.
Mix freshly isolated mitochondria with an equal volume of Janus Green B staining solution (0.2%).
Generally, stain for 1–3 minutes, depending on the sample type.
Notes
Mitochondria to be stained should be freshly isolated and stained as soon as possible.
When using this kit for the first time, it is recommended to test with 1–2 samples in a preliminary experiment.
For your own safety, take appropriate protective measures before using the reagents, such as wearing a lab coat and gloves.
