K-EDTA (0.1 mol/L, pH 7.4) is mainly composed of EDTA sodium salt and deionized water. Its pH value is adjusted to 7.4 with potassium hydroxide. It is mostly used for the activation analysis of Caspase during cell apoptosis. This reagent is for research use only and not intended for clinical diagnosis or any other purposes.
