Lubricants suitable for extremely harsh applications
Krytox ™ XP (Ultimate Performance) series lubricants and oils are high-quality, ultra-high performance, anti-wear, and rust proof lubricants. These lubricants are formulated with synthetic perfluoropolyether (PFPE) liquid, additives soluble in perfluoropolyether, and highly thickening polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickener, which can meet the requirements of various harsh applications.
Krytox ™ XP series lubricants can withstand extremely high loads, preventing contact between metals and reducing wear. Other noteworthy features include moisture resistance, which prevents rusting, and excellent water resistance when used in humid environments.
Krytox ™ Characteristics and advantages of XP series grease and lubricating oil
Krytox ™ The XP series grease and lubricating oil are formulated with soluble additives, which can improve the performance of the grease and thus enhance its usability. In addition, Krytox ™ XP series lubricants are compatible with all elastomers, plastics, and most metals without reacting.
Krytox ™ XP lubricant also provides:
- Excellent performance: Compared with products of the same viscosity without additives, Krytox ™ XP series lubricants can significantly reduce wear.
- Bearing noise reduction: Small and micro bearings and motor bearings usually have noise reduction requirements, using Krytox with soluble additives ™ XP series products can minimize the noise of bearings to the greatest extent possible.
