概述
柠檬富含柠檬酸、维生素 C、类黄酮（如橙皮苷）及挥发油（柠檬烯等）等活性成分，具备显著的抗氧化、抗炎和促进消化功能。而柠檬外囊泡则是从其果肉中提取出的天然囊泡，由磷脂双层膜包裹，内部承载着核酸、蛋白质、柠檬酸等功效分子。在抑制自由基损伤、减轻炎症、促进胶原蛋白合成、淡化色素沉着、增强免疫力和心血管保护等方面展现出重要应用价值。

Lemons are rich in active components such as citric acid, vitamin C, flavonoids (e.g., hesperidin), and volatile oils (limonene, etc.), exhibiting significant antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and digestive-promoting functions. Lemon extracellular vesicles are natural vesicles extracted from their pulp, enclosed by a phospholipid bilayer membrane and carrying functional molecules like nucleic acids, proteins, and citric acid.
