概述
The Lenti-luciferase-P2A-Neo plasmid is a lentiviral vector designed for gene expression studies, particularly in mammalian cells, using luciferase as a reporter gene. The plasmid includes a P2A self-cleaving peptide and Neomycin resistance gene (Neo), which allow for both the expression of luciferase and the selection of successfully transduced cells. The lentiviral backbone ensures stable integration into the host genome, making it useful for long-term studies.
