4.即用型溶液：该即用型配方无需用户稀释或混合，可直接使用，既简化工作流程又有效避免潜在污染。
Assay Buffer is primarily used as a suspension and reaction buffer for magnetic beads. Its specific functions include:
1.Suspending Magnetic Beads: It is used to resuspend and dilute analyte antibody-coated magnetic beads, ensuring uniform distribution of the beads in the reaction system.
2.Providing a Reaction Environment: During the incubation of beads with standards, controls, or samples, it provides the optimal pH, ionic strength, and protein-stabilized conditions for the antigen-antibody immuno-reaction.
3.Reducing Non-Specific Binding: Its formulation typically contains proteins (such as Bovine Serum Albumin, BSA) and detergents, which block non-specific binding sites on the beads and reaction plate surfaces, thereby reducing background noise and improving the signal-to-noise ratio and accuracy of the assay.
